Voting results were as follows:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. Board Member vote &#8211;&nbsp; Lollo Eriksson received 51 &#8216;Yes&#8217; votes and is thereby elected&nbsp;to the Board&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2.
