The next board meeting is scheduled for Saturday April 23th at the Kure Beach Village Clubhouse at 10:00am.  As always, these are open meetings to all Keys owners and we invite you to attend.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Agenda for this meeting is as follows.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Votes taken by email since last meeting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

4\/13\/16           The board approved an exterior change form for 668 Settlers Lane to replace the front window.<\/p>\n

4\/11\/16 <\/strong>The board voted to renew a CD at Live Oak Bank (currently at $51,000) for two years and add $50,000 to it by transfer from the money market account.  The interest rate will be 1.5%<\/p>\n

4\/7\/16             The board approved an exterior change request to add a second floor window to 642<\/p>\n

Sloop Pointe Lane.<\/p>\n

3\/28\/16           The board voted to appoint Micki Hobson to fill a board vacancy until October, 2017.  She will chair the landscaping committee.<\/p>\n

3\/25\/16           The board voted to authorize Charles Meier to meet with a representative from the Dunes to further explore sharing the costs of pond maintenance.<\/p>\n

3\/4\/16             The board approved the 2\/27\/16 Keys HOA Board meeting minutes.<\/p>\n
