Currently we are reacting to landscape\u00a0requests and not focusing on developing a realistic comprehensive landscape\u00a0plan for our community. Quite honestly, I do not have the knowledge to develop such a plan. Thus my reason for this request.

We need three to five HOA volunteers who are knowledgeable about horticulture to develop a five-year\u00a0comprehensive landscape plan for our community. This plan could include options for choices of trees, bushes and flowers so that each building\u00a0home owner can make realistic\u00a0selections\u00a0while maintaining\u00a0continuity\u00a0in our community.\u00a0 My initial thought is that nine buildings would be completed each year,\u00a0but the committee could certainly\u00a0develop the parameters.\u00a0 A realistic budget\u00a0needs to be part of this plan.
