PLEASE BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR COPPERHEAD SNAKES !!!
A few days ago, copperhead snakes were spotted at 810 (in their garage) and 814 (at their unit) Sloop Pointe Lane. We advice that residents in this area to be extra vigilant. There must be a nest near by.

This is an update to rule 7-D, passed at the Keys HOA Board meeting on September 9, 2017:
D. The following are not permitted to remain in driveways or any other Common Areas unless by prior written consent of the Board: scooters, baby carriages, toys, boats, trailers, jet skis, dune buggies, campers, motor / mobile homes, recreational vehicles, automobiles on jack stands, tractor trailer trucks or cabs, cube or box trucks, abandoned vehicles and other similar items.
Residents are now allowed to park bicycles on driveways in the Keys. Please park bicycles on the driveway so they don’t interfere when the landscapers are working.

The Keys HOA is suspending the rule that states hurricane shutters may be used only after the National Weather Service has issued a warning for our area. The size and intensity of Irma means that we will most likely have an impact from this storm and we want our residents to be safe.
