The Keys at Kure Beach is a townhome community within Kure Beach Village.

Things to know about living in the Keys:

  • KEYS does not allow parking on any grass surface
  • Town of Kure Beach prohibits parking on public streets
  • The only flags allowed to be flown on the front of homes in the KEYS are the US flag and the NC flag
  • Short time rentals are not allowed in the KEYS (12 months OK)
  • Supply the HOA office with a copy of your rental contract
  • Please DO NOT feed any wild life
  • Please be mindful of your neighbors (NOISE)
  • Supply the HOA with a copy of homeowners and wind & hail insurance coverage
  • Mail boxes and keys maintenance are the responsibility of the owner/renter
  • HOA requires approval before any exterior work/change is made to your home
  • State/county laws requires pet owners to clean up after their animals
  • Trash cans to be kept at the side or rear of homes, remove cans from pick-up site day of pick-up
