Bereavement Announcement
The Kure Beach Village Board of Directors is very sad to inform you that Ron Griffin, who lived at 841 Sloop Pointe Ln in the Keys townhomes, passed on Tuesday, September 6 ,2016.
Ron and his wife Frances, who passed nine years ago, were active members of our community since 1996. He enjoyed many things and helping others but line dancing was his favorite. He led a full life and his many good friends will miss him.
A Visitation gathering will be Monday evening from 6:00 – 7:00 pm at Andrews Mortuary at 4108 S. College Rd. in Wilmington and Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Kure Lutheran Memorial Church at 117 N. 3rd St. in Kure Beach.

LOST WEDDING BAND
| Gold Wedding Band Lost
One of our residents is very upset that she left her yellow gold wedding band (with three diamonds) at one of the pools this past weekend. Along with the ring was a watch with a dark face-dial. Eleonora and Randy Boone of 758 Settlers Lane aren’t sure which pool because they were at both of them over the course of the weekend. |
