      Keys HOA – Reminder

      While we are hoping for no more storms, residents need to remember:

      (Rules & Regs 5.B)Hurricane protection can not be used prior to a hurricane warning (as defined by the National Weather Service) and must be removed within 14 days after danger has passed.  If not removed within the aforementioned time, the Keys HOA may do so at the owner’s expense.  Fines may also apply.

          Keys HOA – Recycling pickup to begin again Monday, October 1

          Hi – we would appreciate your assistance with getting the word out that recycling pickup will begin again Monday, October 1, 2018 per the usual routine.

          The recycling pickup will begin again Monday, October 1, 2018 as per the normal routine.

          • Every MONDAY for all properties on Fort Fisher Boulevard, Atlantic Avenue, Spotters Court and properties south of K Avenue, including the south side of K Avenue.
          • Every TUESDAY for all other properties north of K Avenue, including the north side of K Avenue.

          Please take the time to check your carts and make sure recycling material is not wet and that there is nothing contaminating the cart such as plastic bags, tree limbs, leaves, other vegetative debris or items clearly not listed as recyclable on the lid of the cart. If these items are in your cart, it will not be picked up.

          We got a call from New Hanover County today; They hope to start spraying for mosquitoes as early as Friday evening/night, September 28.
