Keys HOA – Rules & Regulations Committee News
The Keys of Kure Beach Board of Directors and a committee of residents are currently working to review and recommend changes to landscape rules for the Common Areas and Limited Common Areas and our town homes in general. Our focus will be to allow for owner individuality while at the same time providing consistency for our community. We will keep the community updated on our progress.

We are sad to report that Mary Beane, a long time resident of the Keys, passed away last Friday evening. Mary was the mother of Phil Beane and the mother in law of Susan Beane who also reside in the Keys. Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to the Beanes.

North Carolina Utilities has been contacted to mark utility lines for water, sewer, Charter, AT&T and Duke Energy prior to removal of stumps. They will be here marking the lines with various color of flags or by spraying those colors on the ground in many locations in the KEYS from January 14 to February 2.
Utility lines must be marked before any stumps can be removed. I have tried to identify areas where stumps are located. If I have missed any, we will need to do those later.
I just wanted you to be aware of what was going on when you see line locator lines being marked in the yards.
