Keys HOA – Keys Rules & Regulations Reminder

A Reminder about a few of the KEYS Rules and Regulations

There have been some formal complaints or comments made to Board members about some of the rules and regulations. This is a reminder about a few of them.

The Limited Common Area (LCA) is the mulched area immediately in contact with the unit. No furniture can be placed here or in your driveway. Planters with live plants can be placed on both side of the garage door.
Signs in your yard or LCA are not permitted with the exception of real estate signs. Temporary holiday decorations (not flags) may be placed in the LCA but must be removed by the end of the holiday season.
Per Kure Beach ordinance, dogs must be on a leash in hand and picked up after. Pets cannot be staked per New Hanover County law.
