Important Message from the Keys HOA

The annual meetings of the Keys HOA and the Village HOA will be held as scheduled on Saturday at 10 AM and 1 PM, respectively.

THE KEYS TERMITE INSPECTION HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23 STARTING AT 8 AM!

THE ANNUAL BAR-B-Q (COMMUNITY PICNIC) HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24. EXACT TIME WILL BE ANNOUNCED ONCE IT IS DETERMINED.

MUST BE PROVIDED AS FOLLOWS:

–Door must be open

–All items therein must be removed one foot from

perimeter of walls

CRAWL SPACE DOOR:

–Remove lock and any obstacles that impede access

REAR DECK – LATTICE GATE:

–Remove lock and any obstacles that impede access

A notification will be placed on your garage door
frame when the

inspection
has been completed.
