Keys HOA – Garage Door Covering
If an owner wishes to have a covering added to the garage door such as a
mesh or screen, that covering must be added to the inside of the garage
door. In that way, the covering will not be visible from the street when the
garage door is closed. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Keys HOA – Rules and Regulations Reminder
To All HOA Members:
Reminder:
As per the Rules and Regulations document, yard ornaments and seasonal flags,
not to exceed 2’ by 2’, are permitted in the common area.
Temporary holiday decorations (not flags) may be attached to the front or side
exterior and placed in the common areas. Decorations must be removed two
weeks after the recognized holiday.
Political signs are not permitted.
Please adhere to these rules and regulations to avoid violations and
consequences.

Keys HOA – Bereavement News
It is with greatest sadness that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved friend and neighborhood potter Dr. David Rickard. If you ever walked by his house, chances are you would have seen him on his potter’s wheel. He would have waived at you, invited you into his studio or given you one of his mugs. His sudden passing sent a shockwave through our community. May he rest in peace and continue to make lots of pots in Heaven.
