Keys HOA – 2024 Annual Meeting Announcement
Our Annual Meeting this year is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th, 2024 at 10am at the KBV clubhouse. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. Our annual termite inspection will be on Friday, October 4th. An announcement email has been sent to all homeowners. The electronic ballot will be sent in a separate email to ensure one vote per property.

Keys HOA – Seeking Volunteers
The Keys HOA Board is Seeking Volunteers!
Russ Timmons has resigned as Keys HOA Board President. We are all very grateful for his service in that capacity! Cathy Spiegel (formerly Board Vice President) has assumed the position as Board President.
As a result, there is currently one vacancy for a Board member, and another vacancy will become open in the fall as a current Board member’s term comes to an
