Dear Homeowners and Renters,
We would like to inform you that the annual tree service provided by Fitness Tree will take place on Tuesday June 27 starting around 8 AM. Fitness Tree will trim and prune all Palm trees in the area similar to last year. If you want your Palm tree to be trimmed in a certain way you need to keep an eye on the activities and be present when the crew comes to your house. In addition, we will remove two dead trees on the side of Settlers Lane 616.”

Rainstorm Solutions will begin work on the retention pond this week.
They will begin pumping the pond on Thursday, April 20 and Friday, April 21. They will begin dredging on Monday April 24 and Tuesday April 25 of next week.
