Canady has postponed the termite inspection scheduled for tomorrow because of the Tropical Storm warning. They have rescheduled it for Friday, October 28.
The Annual Meeting will be held as scheduled on Saturday, October 1, at 10 AM.

Important Details Concerning our Annual Meeting and Termite Inspection!
The deadline for submitting electronic ballots is Thursday, September 29. It is very important to read the Annual Report and review the budget for 2023 before you cast your vote. Your ballot is in your email inbox now!
Please make arrangements for the termite inspection on Friday, September 30 beginning at 8 AM. The Canady technicians will need access to your garage and crawl space unless you set up an alternative inspection date with the Canady office. Complete instructions are on the Keys website (keyshoa.com) and in the Annual Meeting packet you received by email.
At the Annual Meeting, 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 1, there will be nominations from the floor for the additional two Board positions that are open. Attendees will be given a paper ballot to vote for candidates. Only those in attendance will participate in this vote! Please make every effort to join us at the clubhouse for this informative meeting.
